We decided to hire on Benson Orth to perform the General Contracting services we needed in order to build the “Showroom of Tomorrow”.  They absolutely knocked it out of the park and now that we’re open and operating customers can’t say enough good things about how it all turned out.  We’ve also just got word from our energy auditor that the building is operating at above and beyond energy efficiency than we originally had planned on so it’s also helping to reduce our carbon footprint all the while giving customers the furniture experience they require.

Benson-Orth is more than a General Contractor to HOM Furniture, They’re an organization that actually has your best interest in mind. At times, it feels as if they’re part of our organization and not a hired contractor. I have to admit, they’ve saved us from making a mistake or two. HOM has challenged Benson-Orth at all levels, whether preliminary site evaluation, value engineering or construction performance. On all levels Benson-Orth has surpassed our expectations.
