We are looking for an experienced construction project manager to supervise a wide variety of construction projects from beginning to end. The project manager will be responsible for overseeing and directing all construction activities in order to ensure the projects are done in compliance with the schedule and the budget.
What you will do:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the project team while maintaining proactive relationships with the project’s stakeholders. The project manager will oversee and monitor all activities of the project including (but not limited to) contract agreements, planning, scheduling, and accurately completing proposals, costs, and budgets. The project manager ensures that the goals of the project are met efficiently and that the project moves along both on time and on budget. Your duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Collaborate with the owners, engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifics of the project.
- Obtain proper permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors in order to reach fair, affordable agreements.
- Determine the resources needed for each project (manpower, materials, equipment, etc.) with regards to budgetary limitations.
- Plan construction operations and keep an adaptive scheduling in order to ensure deadlines will be met.
- Hire third parties and outside staff and allocate responsibilities.
- Ensure all safety and health standards are met and report all issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as construction project manager.
- Full understanding of construction procedures as well as material and project management principles.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Team player with leadership abilities.
- Capable of operating construction/project management software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- BSc/BA in engineering, building science, or another relevant field would be a benefit but not necessary.

What you will do:
As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting the project team while maintaining proactive relationships with the project’s stakeholders. The Project Engineer will assist with monitoring all activities of the project. The Project Engineer acts as a liaison between the Project Manager and the Project Superintendent to help ensure that the goals of the project are met. An excellent construction Superintendent must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures. This position requires an individual capable of coordinating a team of professionals with diverse levels of discipline and driving them to achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will have both an analytical mind and excellent organization skills.
What you will do:
As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for planning all construction operations and schedules to ensure that all deadlines are met. You will also be accountable for ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards and reporting any complications relevant to them. You must interact with owners, engineers, architects, government officials and the general public in a professional manner and be able to collaborate progressively with other representatives. The Superintendent will be expected to maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times. Your duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Collaborate with project managers to develop, maintain, and execute project plans.
- Supervise and coordinate all field activities.
- Train, mentor, and supervise Assistant Superintendents.
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of all contract drawings, specifications, contracts, and other informant vital to the project
- Inspect and oversee that subcontractors are complying to safety regulations and completing their contractual agreements.
- Generate plans and procedures that are site-specific.
- Implement Benson-Orth safety procedures to all projects.
- Ensure that safety and record keeping requirements are met.
- Demonstrate consistent and up-to-date knowledge of projects and obtain necessary information from engineers, designers, inspectors, authorities, and owners.
- Job site setup and start up, including safety postings and procedures, security, field office location and layout, utilities, equipment, and manpower.
- Develop and keep a computerized project schedule, working alongside the project manager to confirm they are properly updated to ensure deadlines are met and any delays are accounted for.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as construction superintendent.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material.
- Must be proficient in blue-print reading.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of building codes and OSHA.
- Team player with leadership abilities.

You will work with the Head Superintendent to organize and oversee construction projects ensuring that each one is done on time and in compliance with the budget.
This position requires an individual with a solid base understanding of construction procedures and techniques who is capable of learning quickly. The ideal candidate will have both an analytical mind and excellent organization skills.
What you will do:
As an assistant superintendent, you will assist the head Superintendent in planning all construction operations and schedules to ensure that all deadlines are met. You will also be accountable for helping to ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and reporting any complications relevant to them. You must interact with owners, engineers, architects, government officials and the general public in a professional manner and be able to collaborate progressively with other representatives. While you are an assistant, you will be trained and exposed to the experience needed to become a well-qualified construction superintendent. The assistant superintendent will be expected to help maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times. Your duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Collaborate with the head superintendent and project managers to develop, maintain, and execute project plans.
- Assist in supervising and coordinating all field activities.
- Learn and develop a complete understanding of all contract drawings, specifications, contracts, and other informant vital to the project.
- Learn building codes and OSHA standards.
