Business Development & Marketing
I started at Benson-Orth as an intern in 2022 and quickly found my place on the team. Since transitioning into a full-time role in business development and marketing, I’ve enjoyed the opportunity to build relationships, identify new opportunities, and showcase the work we do across the Midwest. I wear many hats, but that’s how I like it. Staying busy keeps me motivated, and I genuinely enjoy meeting new people, making connections, and finding ways to help our company grow.
For me, accountability is everything. I believe that “success is built on consistency, not excuses,” and I carry that mindset into everything I do. Whether it’s developing relationships, pursuing new projects, coordinating marketing efforts, or tackling the unexpected, I take ownership of my work and strive to make a meaningful impact.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband, family, and friends. Whether it’s a weekend up north, relaxing at home, or getting together with loved ones, I appreciate making memories with the people closest to me.
