Project Description

Hope Commons Campus

Hope Commons Campus is an extensive interior renovation and remodeling project to the Hope Commons Campus in south Minneapolis. The six-story multi-tenant building is currently the home of Hope Academy, a private K-8 school, and Minnesota Teen Challenge. Benson-Orth completed the tenant finishes for the 42-unit residence along with meeting rooms, conference area and kitchen facilities for Minnesota Teen Challenge earlier this spring. Hope Commons base work included a new entry vestibule with a lift, a rooftop link structure to the main building, extensive interior renovations, and related site work. Additional elevator work and related remodeling will begin shortly as well as constructing the tenant spaces for Desiring God and the Bethlehem Institute, two faith-based non-profits to be located on the upper floors at Hope Commons.
